If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your postal service. Lavish Outfitters does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.
All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 3-5 business days.
For US orders, delivery usually takes between 5-15 business days from the date they are shipped, and in rare occasions can take anywhere from 15-20 days.
For international orders, delivery takes 7-21 business days from the date they are shipped, and in rare occasions can take 30+ business days due to customs.
If you ordered more than one item it is very likely that you will receive them separately due to our multiple different manufacturers. No worries, each item will have it's own shipping code and tracking number.
If you have entered the wrong address, we are unable to change the address for you if it has already been processed. Lavish Outfitters is not responsible for packages that are not delivered when you have entered the incorrect address. If you have entered the wrong address, we recommend contacting your local post office before the item is delivered. They can either hold your package for you, or forward the package to the correct address. Please be attentive when checking out and make sure your address is correct!
